Information we process

Titan Ridge processes information needed to operate the product, including account details, business profile information, booking details, customer contact information, messages, service and product records, availability, site content, device and usage information, and support communications.

Payments and identity providers

Payments, connected account onboarding, bank account details, identity verification, and related payment data are handled by Stripe. Titan Ridge stores operational payment status and identifiers needed to display account state, reconcile bookings, and support checkout. We do not store full bank account numbers or full card numbers.

Sign-in and authentication may be provided by WorkOS AuthKit. Media hosting, address lookup, email delivery, hosting, logging, analytics, and similar infrastructure providers may process data only as needed to provide Titan Ridge.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure Titan Ridge, process bookings, support checkout, display business dashboards, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.

Business and customer data

Businesses control the business-owned records in their workspace. Customer information is used to complete booking and payment workflows with that business. Titan Ridge does not sell customer contact information.

Security and retention

Titan Ridge uses access controls, tenant scoping, provider-managed payment handling, and operational safeguards to protect data. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, support business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain security.

Your choices

Account holders may request access, correction, export, or deletion of information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for security, tax, payment, audit, dispute, or legal reasons.
